DANAREE Technology Joint Stock Company honored is the general contractor M&E systems of project MERCURE HoI AN by BRANCH OF LLUMAR VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED IN HOI AN as Investor. The project was built in 321 Cua Dai Street, Cam Chau Ward, Hoi An City, Quang Nam Province.

Scale of new construction and renovation as follows:

1. Total new and former land area: 3,300.6 m2

Of which:

- Area of available land: 2,661.7 m2

- Area of newly constructed land: 638.9 m2

2. Construction area of 6th floor building after renovation: 870 m2

3. Construction area of 3th floor building and 1 ground floor - new construction: 465m2

4. Construction area of 03 Villas - renovation: 287 m2

5. Total swimming pool area: 195 m2

Of which:

• Available swimming pool area: 150m2
• New built swimming pool area: 45m2

6. Technical area: 100 m2

7. Area of new building corridor: 256 m2

8. Total construction area after construction and renovation: 1,978 m2

9. Construction density of the whole area after renovation and new construction: 60%

Especially, the project uses VRV IV Heat Recovery Hot Water System of Daikin - This is the central air conditioning system utilizing excess heat from the outdoor unit to heat the domestic water. This project is a second project in Vietnam using this air conditioning system. The first project in Vietnam is Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort is also the Danaree Contractor honored to supply and install.

Mercure Hoi An is a hotel managed and operated according to the standards of Accor - the leading hotel management group in the world.

The project is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of this year.
